摘要
文章结合住建部首批BIM/CIM试点城市“南京市建设工程BIM智能审查管理系统”项目,从立项可研编制、项目招标、系统研发的全过程,探索施工图BIM智能审查,为提高施工图审查信息化水平和建筑工程的高质量发展打好基础。
Based on the project of"Nanjing Intelligent Review Management System for Construction Engineering BIM"in the first batch of BIM/CIM pilot cities of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,this paper explores the BIM intelligent review of construction drawing from the whole process of project feasibility study preparation,project bidding and system research and development,which lays a good foundation for improving the informatization level of construction drawing review and the highquality development of construction projects.
