摘要
当前我国传统的工程项目管理中仍存在许多问题,特别是有关全面造价管理方面的问题。随着市场经济体制的改革,全面造价管理逐渐成为国家工程项目中的重要一部分。工程建设项目的全面造价是一项技术与经济相结合的工作,不仅规模大、工期长且还十分的繁琐细致,故而需要对该管理工作展开科学合理的改革。本文将针对工程项目在全面造价管理中存在的问题展开研究,并出几点自己的看法与建议,以供参考。
At present,there are still many problems in China's traditional engineering project management,especially those related to comprehensive cost management.With the reform of the market economy system,comprehensive cost management has gradually become an important part of national engineering projects.The comprehensive cost management of an engineering construction project is a combination of technology and economy.Not only is it large in scale,long in construction period,but also very cumbersome and meticulous.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable reforms in this management work.This article will carry out research on the problems existing in the comprehensive cost management of engineering projects,and make a few of opinions and suggestions for reference.
