摘要
在我国土地开发过程中,结合实际情况落实好耕地资源的有效利用,才能进一步规范我国土地权属管理问题,这不仅是时代发展的需要,也是保障农民利益的需要。所以,开发土地管理是城乡一体化发展过程中需要重点关注的内容。论文探讨现阶段城乡一体化土地管理过程中存在的问题,提出提高城乡一体化建设中土地管理有效性的工作对策。
In the process of land development in China,the effective use of cultivated land resources combined with the actual situation can further standardize the management of land ownership in China,which is not only the need of the development of the times,but also the need to protect the interests of farmers.Therefore,development of land management is the process of urban and rural integration development needs to focus on the content.This paper discusses the problems existing in the process of urban and rural integration land management and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of land management in the construction of urban and rural integration.
