摘要
为对尿液检验质量的影响因素进行分析,并且针对性的提出控制措施,本文以2019年4月为起点,为期1年,即2020年4月止,在我院尿常规检查样本中抽取1200份样本,分为2组,即对照组600例,研究组600例,对研究组样本实施质量管理,而对照组如常进行检验,分析2组的检验结果,对存在质量问题的样本进行分析,总结尿液检验质量的影响因素,并且提出控制措施。结果显示,研究组中有13例样本出现误差,占比2.17%,对照组中则有89例样本出现误差,占比14.83%,其中排名较前的原因分别为污染因素、采集因素、标记因素、容器因素、送检因素及检验因素等。研究组标本的送检时间要短于对照组,且送检次数也要明显低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,临床尿检中,有多种因素会影响检验质量,其中包括许多人为因素,为了提升尿液检验质量,应在整个过程中进行严格的质量控制,从而减少检验结果的误差,避免对临床诊断造成的干扰。
To analyze the influencing factors of urine quality,And targeted control measures.Starting from April 2019 for a period of one year,that is,April 2020,1200 samples of urine routine examination samples in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,namely 600 cases in the control group and 600 cases in the research group.The samples in the study group were subject to quality management,while the control group was tested as usual.The test results of the two groups were analyzed,and the samples with quality problems were analyzed to summarize the influencing factors of urine test quality And put forward control measures.13 samples in the study group had errors,accounting for 2.17%,while 89 samples in the control group had errors,accounting for 14.83%.The top reasons were pollution,collection,marking,container,inspection and inspection.The test time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of samples submitted was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There are many factors affecting the quality of urine test,including many human factors.In order to improve the quality of urine test,strict quality control should be carried out in the whole process,so as to reduce the error of test results and avoid the interference to clinical diagnosis.
