摘要
目的 探讨尿液检验分析前质量的影响因素,并制定针对性应对措施。方法 选取我院检验科于2016年1~5月115份尿液样本检测过程进行回顾性分析,分析在检验前存在的影响因素,并制定对应处理方案。结果 尿液样本受到各方面因素影响,主要涉及样本标记错误、采集时间不合理、样本受到污染等因素。结论 尿液检测分析前存在很多因素会对样本质量造成影响,使得检测结果失去准确性,无法为治疗方案的制定提供有效依据,为此检验部门必须对样本检验前进行质量管理,保证该环节的严谨性。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of the quality before the urine test and to make the corresponding counter measures. Methods115 urine samples from January to May 2016 in department of clinical laboratory of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, the influencing factors were analyzed and the corresponding treatment plan was established.Results The urine sample was affected by various factors, which mainly involved the sample mark error, the collection time was not reasonable, the sample was polluted and so on.Conclusion There are many factors that will affect the quality of the urine test, so that the test results lose accuracy, unable to provide a valid basis for the development of treatment programs, .Inspection department must be carried out before the test sample quality management, ensure the preciseness of the link.
