摘要
针对射频电路设计经常出现的谐波干扰、信号串扰、噪声恶化和灵敏度下降等情况,分析射频电路干扰的来源,从源头上为解决射频电路抗干扰问题提供依据,对电源和地线干扰、PCB“天线”辐射、数字和射频之间等射频电路干扰依次进行分析,结合电源设计、接地设计、屏蔽设计、电路布局和分层设计等措施,得出了可以有效消除射频电路之间的电磁干扰设计方法,为从事相关射频电路设计提供相关参考。
This paper analyzes the harmonic interference,signal crosstalk,noise deterioration and sensitivity decrease,provides the basis from the source,analyzes Radio Frequency(RF)circuit between digital and radio frequency,PCB antenna radiation,power noise and ground line interference,combined with power design,grounding design,shielding design and circuit layout design.Based on the experience in product development,this paper is summarized and provides relevant reference for relevant RF circuit design.
