摘要
糖尿病相关心血管疾病是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,也是导致糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是代谢紊乱及微血管病变基础上引发的心肌疾病,其中糖脂代谢紊乱是核心病理因素。目前认为糖尿病可通过多个机制诱导心肌损伤,包括心肌能量代谢紊乱、氧化应激、线粒体损伤、内质网应激及细胞凋亡等。DCM尚缺乏特异性的治疗方法,近年来中医药治疗DCM备受关注,中药在防治DCM方面具有较大潜力,多个中药有效成分可通过不同途径及多个靶点减轻心肌损伤,这为DCM的新药研发提供了有力支撑。
Diabetes related cardiovascular disease is one of the main complications of diabetes,and it is also the main cause of death in the patients with diabetes.Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is a myocardial disease caused by metabolic disorders and microvascular diseases,and glucose and lipid metabolic disorders are the core pathological factors.It is currently believed that diabetes can induce myocardial injury through multiple mechanisms,including myocardial energy metabolism disorder,oxidative stress,mitochondrial damage,endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis.DCM is still lack of specific treatment.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has attracted much attention in the treatment of DCM.TCM has great potential in the prevention and treatment of DCM.Multiple effective components of TCM can reduce myocardial injury through different ways and multiple targets,which provides a strong support for the development of new drugs for DCM.
