心脏磁共振技术评价糖尿病心肌病的研究进展 被引量:6

Clinical research progress on assessment of diabetic cardiomyopathy with cardiac magnetic resonance technique

摘要 糖尿病心肌病是指患者长期处于胰岛素抵抗和/或高血糖状态,排除高血压、冠心病以及明显心脏瓣膜病等其他病因,导致心肌结构和功能异常的一种特异性心肌疾病。心脏磁共振基于其无创、无辐射、软组织分辨率高,一站式检查心脏形态结构、功能、心肌灌注和心肌组织活性的优势,在科研和临床工作中备受关注。本文主要针对多模态心脏磁共振技术监测糖尿病患者心肌损伤的研究进展进行综述。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a specific heart disease with myocardial structural and functional abnormity due to long-term state of insulin resistance and hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus patients,except for other causes such as hypertension,coronary heart disease and obvious valvular heart disease and so on.Cardiac magnetic resonance has received worldwide attention in clinical and scientific works based on its advantages such as noninvasive and nonradiative assessment,high soft tissue resolution and one-stop examination.This review article mainly discusses clinical research progress on detection of diabetic myocardial damage with multimodal cardiac magnetic resonance technique.
