摘要
将劳模精神与工匠精神融入职业教育党建文化,不仅能够提升职业院校学生的人文素养与创新精神,还能带动产业链的优化升级,从而紧贴社会变化带来的职业教育人才培养素质新需求。在分析劳模精神与工匠精神内涵及职业教育党建文化建设工作存在的问题基础上,多渠道探索劳模精神与工匠精神融入职业教育党建文化的有效途径,为高职党建工作提供参考。
Integrating model worker spirit and craftsman spirit into the Party building culture of vocational education can not only improve the humanistic quality and innovative spirit of vocational college students,but also drive the optimization and upgrading of the industrial chain,so as to meet the new demand of vocational education talents training quality brought by social changes.Based on analyzing the connotation of model worker spirit and craftsman spirit and the problems existing in the construction of the Party building culture in vocational education,this paper explores the effective ways of integrating model worker spirit and craftsman spirit into the Party building culture in vocational education through multiple channels,so as to provide reference for the Party building in higher vocational education.
