摘要
在新冠病毒检测中,核酸检测结果是主要的判定依据,而分子实验室环境的清洁程度是保证核酸检测结果准确的必要条件。高效 DNA 清除剂能够降解长片段核酸和 PCR 后短片段核酸产物,经过电泳未见明显条带;通过 qPCR 检测核酸剩余量,显示清除效率达到了99.9 %;对桌面、仪器等表面处理,其表面累积的核酸量也有很明显的降低。DNA清除剂为分子实验室日常清洁处理和已发生核酸污染的实验室处理提供了解决思路。
The nucleic acid test results have become a major method of diagnosing the infection of COVID-19,and the cleanliness of the molecular laboratory environment is a necessary condition to ensure the accuracy of results.In this study,a high-efficiency DNA scavenger were supplied,which can degrade long fragment nucleic acid and short fragment nucleic acid products with no obvious bands seen after electrophoresis.The remaining amount of nucleic acid detected by qPCR showed that the removal efficiency reached 99.9%.The amount of nucleic acid on the surface of desktops and other instruments was significantly reduced after treatment.DNA scavenger provides solutions for the daily cleaning and the processing of nucleic acid contamination of molecular laboratories.
