摘要
目的研究健脾补肾方在糖尿病性腹泻中的应用效果。方法选取82例接诊的糖尿病性腹泻患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为实验组和对照组,每组41例。对照组使用双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,实验组则使用健脾补肾方治疗。比较两组患者治疗后肠道菌群情况;比较两组患者治疗后临床有效率。结果治疗后,实验组的双歧杆菌数量多于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的肠球菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌数量少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.12%、75.61%,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾方可以有效改善糖尿病性腹泻患者的临床症状,改善患者的肠道菌群,且疗效优于使用双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Bushen Formula on diabetic diarrhea.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic diarrhea were selected and classified into the experimental group and control group depending on the treatment methods,with 41 cases in either group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder,and the experimental group was given Jianpi Bushen Formula.After treatment,the intestinal flora and clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium species in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of Enterococcus species,lactic acid bacteria,and yeast in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 95.12%,higher than the 75.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jianpi Bushen Formula can remarkably alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic diarrhea and improve the intestinal flora.The effect is better than that of Bifidobacterium triple viable powder.Thus,it should be further promoted in clinical settings.
