摘要
新中国成立以来,国家非常重视少数民族语地名译写标准的制定和修订工作,但至今仍存在规范化、标准化等方面的问题。文章讨论了相关的系统概念和“少数民族语地名译写标准的系统化”,提出了“思维习惯最佳功能契合点”“系统整体最优”的“多定态”选择的翻译准则,自然成为少数民族语地名译写标准系统“多定态”选择的规范化的翻译标准。文章从理论、实践上探讨了少数民族语地名译写标准的规范化、标准化问题,从系统整体提出了一个“少数民族语地名译写标准的系统策略”方案。
Ever since its foundation, the central government of the new China has attached great importance to the amendment and formulation of the standard on translating geographical names in ethnic minority languages, yet there remains much room for improvement in terms of its standardization and normalization. This paper discussed relevant systematic concepts as well as “the systematization of the standard on translating geographical names in ethnic minority languages”and proposed a multistability-oriented translation standard of“optimized function matching point for mindset”and“ comprehensive systematic optimization”, providing a standard for the multistability-oriented translation system of geographical names in ethnic minority languages. This paper not only elaborated on the standardization of translating geographical names in ethnic minority languages both theoretically and practically but also developed a scheme for the systematic strategy of translating geographical names in ethnic minority languages.
