摘要
基于水冷却系统现场管路连接问题的原因分析,通过反复调查总结,提出了管路标准化设计方案,采用新型软管和无级可调节支撑相结合使用的方法,可将管路最大偏移量提高至200 mm,无级可调节支撑在管路高度方向上至少可以调节300 mm的偏差,目前已在多个工程中应用,均能有效解决现场由于土建偏差导致的管路连接问题。
Based on the cause analysis of the pipeline connection problem of the water cooling system,the pipeline standardization design scheme is proposed in this paper through the repeated investigation and summary.The combination method of new hose and continuous adjustable support is used to increase the maximum offset of the pipeline to 200 mm,and the adjustable support can adjust at least 300 mm deviation at the height direction.At present,it has been applied in many projects,which can effectively solve the pipeline connection problems caused by the civil construction deviation.
