摘要
由于航天伺服机构结构紧凑,结构定制化特点鲜明,壳体多为异形,装配操作困难,电位计的装配过程易产生不可检测的质量问题,导致电位计失效。该文通过对伺服机构产品故障进行工艺分析,提出有效的电位计安装工装,并对电位计销子与联轴器过盈压装进行有限元仿真分析和试验验证,得到了压装力和过盈量的工艺指导范围。研究成果对伺服机构盲装工艺改进、过盈联接结构设计及装配工艺具有一定的借鉴意义。
Due to the compact structure and distinct structure customization, the shell is mostly heterogeneous, the assembly operation is difficult, and the assembly process of the potentiometer is easy to produce undetectable quality problems, leading to the failure of the potentiometer. Through the process analysis of servo product fault, proposed the effective positioning tooling design, and the finite element simulation analysis and test verification, obtain the scope of overfit and process guidance. The research results have reference significance for the blind loading process and surplus structure design and assembly process of servo mechanism.
