摘要
电阻测量是数字多用表的基本功能之一,减小误差提高测试精度是测量设备追求的目标;针对6.5位数字多用表的电阻测量问题展开了测量方法的讨论,介绍了一种新的测量方法即三点Delta法;对比传统2线和4线电阻测量法阐述了三点Delta法的基本原理,从理论上分析了该方法的优越性;同时,设计了三点Delta法测试电路,并简要介绍了其硬件实现;经实用证明,该方法完全满足了工程应用的要求。
Resistance measurement is a fundamental function of digital multimeter. The development of this device aims for reducing the error and improving testing accuracy. The methods of resistance measurement are discussed against 6. 5 digit multimeter. A new measure ment method, that is three-point delta method, is introduced. The principle is illustrated in contrast to the traditional two leads method and four leads method. By analyzing, this method shows its superiority. At the same time, the schematic diagram of three-point method is designed. The hardware circuit is described briefly. The practical application prove that the method is accurate and feasible .
