摘要
拔除上颌正中埋伏多生牙须遵循微创原则,避免损伤邻牙、梨状孔、鼻腔黏膜、鼻前棘等重要组织结构。本文报道上颌正中高位埋伏多生牙拔除术1例,通过从鼻前棘两侧入路拔除位于鼻前棘深面的2颗多生牙,保留了鼻前棘骨结构,效果良好。
According to minimally invasive principles,the extraction of deeply embedded mesiodens procedures must avoid to injure adjacent teeth,pyriform foramen,nasal mucosa,nasal spine,and other important structures.This paper reported a case of minimally invasive extraction of two deeply embedded mesiodens medial to nasal spine.The bone structure of nasal spine was preserved by bilateral invasive approaches.
