摘要
地方农林高校科教资源有限,需要积极整合学校内部资源,积极推进新农科建设,促进环境学科发展。第一,促进学科交叉融合,特别是农业资源与环境、环境科学与工程和其他学科的多学科交叉融合,打造农业生态环境特色学科;第二,整合校内优势资源,提升农业生态保护方向师资力量,塑造农业生态修复学科两点;第三,调整学生培养方案,授课兼具对学生作物栽培技能和农业生态环境素养的培养;第四,积极与省内优秀企业对接,打造产学研平台,促进兼具创新和实践能力的人才培养体系建设,助力乡村振兴战略,服务城乡融合发展。
With limited scientific and educational resources,local agricultural and forestry colleges and universities need to actively integrate internal resources,promote the construction of“new agricultural science”and the development of environmental disciplines.First,we should promote the interdisciplinary integration,especially the interdisciplinary integration of agricultural resources and environment,environmental science and engineering and other disciplines to create the characteristic disciplines of agricultural ecological environment;second,we should integrate the university’s superior resources improve the teaching ability in the direction of agricultural ecological protection,and shape the discipline of agricultural ecological restoration;third,we should adjust the student training program,teach students crop cultivation skills and strengthen the training of students’agricultural ecological environmental literacy;fourth,we should actively cooperate with excellent enterprises in the province,build an industry-university-research platform,promote the construction of the training system to train talents with both innovation and practical ability,so as to serve the rural revitalization strategy and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
