摘要
目的了解听障儿童照顾负担与社会支持状况的相关性。方法采用照顾者负担问卷(caregiver burden inventory,CBI)和社会支持评定量表(socisl spuport rating scale,SSRS)对221例听障儿童主要照顾者进行调查分析。结果听障儿童主要照顾者的照顾负担处于中等水平(37.26±13.90分),社会支持处于中等水平(31.96±8.77分),主要照顾者负担与社会支持呈极显著负相关(r=-0.334,P<0.01)。结论提高听障儿童主要照顾者的社会支持度,可有效降低照顾者负担水平,提高照顾品质,最终促进听障儿童全面康复与发展。
Objective To understand the relationship between the care burden and social support of primary caregivers of children with hearing impairment.Methods The Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate 221 primary caregivers of hearing-impaired children.Results The burden of primary caregivers of hearingimpaired children was at the medium level(37.26±13.90),and the social support was at the medium level(31.96±8.77).The total burden of primary caregivers was negatively correlated with the total score of social support(r=-0.334,P<0.01).Conclusion Improving the degree of social support for primary caregivers of hearing-impaired children can effectively reduce the burden level of caregivers,improve the quality of care,and ultimately promote the comprehensive rehabilitation and development of hearing-impaired children.
