摘要
急诊室已经沦为医患矛盾集中爆发的重灾区,究其成因十分复杂,包括医保政策、急诊特点、分级诊疗、媒体误导、伦理缺失和医疗卫生行业法治缺陷等诸多因素。当下,需要通过借鉴国际治理经验、完善法治路径、健全急诊医疗救助服务体系,突出医院的公共场所的属性,通过系统施治构建和谐、健康的急诊医患关系。
The emergency room has become a hard-hit area where conflicts between doctors and patients erupt.The causes are very complex,including medical insurance policies,emergency department characteristics,graded diagnosis and treatment,media misleading,lack of ethics,and legal defects in the medical and health industry.At present,it is necessary to build a harmonious and healthy emergency doctor-patient relationship by drawing on the experience of international governance,improving the rule of law,perfecting the emergency medical assistance service system,highlighting the attributes of the hospital’s public places,and implementing systematic treatment.
