摘要
人口老龄化是全世界共同面临的重大问题,不仅带来了养老问题,也给地区经济社会发展带来重大挑战。台湾地区较早进入老龄化社会,人口老龄化程度持续加深导致台湾地区老年人口赡养负担重、劳动力市场老龄化严重、长期照护需求人数不断增多以及老年人养老忧虑等诸多问题。为减轻人口老龄化的影响,中国台湾当局出台一系列应对措施,构建了较为完善的人口老龄化应对体系。
population aging is a major problem all over the world.Population aging not only brings pension problems,but also brings major challenges to economic and social development.Taiwan is the first region in China to enter the population aging society.The deepen of population aging continues result in many problems,such as heavy maintenance burden of Taiwan’s elderly population,serious aging of the labor market,increasing demand for longterm care and elderly care worries.In order to reduce the impact of population aging,the Taiwan authorities have issued a series of policies and measures to deal with population aging and built a perfect population aging response system,which is worthy of reference for the Chinese Mainland.
