摘要
结合工程需要和实际情况,应用实际气体状态方程得到放散量计算式。放散时间计算式选取临界流计算模型。将两个计算式中的固定值和影响因素单独归纳,分别绘制出天然气管道放散量计算系数和放散时间计算系数速查图,给出计算流程。经实例验证,计算值与实际值相对误差不超过5%,此计算方法的实用性较强,能很好地满足工程上对放散量计算方便性和准确性的要求,对指导施工具有一定实用意义。文末附有放散量计算系数和放散时间计算系数速查图下载链接,也可扫二维码下载。
Combined with the engineering needs and actual situation,the calculation formula of venting quantity is obtained by using the actual gas state equation.The critical flow calculation model is selected for the calculation formula of venting time.The fixed values and influencing factors in the two formulas are summed up separately,the quick check diagrams of the calculation coefficient of natural gas pipeline venting quantity and the calculation coefficient of venting time are drawn respectively,and the calculation process is given.It has been verified by an example that the relative error between the calculated value and the actual value is less than 5%.This calculation method has strong practicability,it can well meet the requirements for the convenience and accuracy of venting calculation in engineering,and has certain practical significance for guiding construction.At the end of this paper,there is a link to download the quick check diagrams of the calculation coefficient of venting quantity and the calculation coefficient of venting time,which can also be downloaded by scanning the QR code.
