摘要
分析基于紊动射流理论和流体力学方程的管道燃气小孔动态泄漏模型,提出考虑放散效果的小孔动态泄漏模型,将放散阀的放散等效于多点泄漏。利用Pipeline Studio软件的瞬态模拟功能,进行放散阀启闭状态不同,上下游放散阀设置间距不同,泄漏位置不同3种工况的模拟,分别研究3种工况下的管道天然气放散时间。当泄漏发生后,关闭上下游分段阀并同时开启上下游放散阀是最优的放散阀启闭方案,相较于不开启放散阀,仅开启上游放散阀和仅开启下游放散阀,管道天然气放散时间分别节省92.42%,44.00%和54.84%。改变上下游放散阀设置间距对管道天然气放散时间几乎无影响。泄漏孔接近与远离上游放散阀,管道天然气放散时间相差不大。
The small hole dynamic leakage model of pipeline gas is analyzed based on the theory of turbulent jet flow and fluid mechanics equation,and the small hole dynamic leakage model considering the release effect is proposed.The release of the relief valve is equivalent to multi-point leakage.The transient simulation function of Pipeline Studio software is used to simulate three working conditions:different opening and closing states of relief valves,different set spacings of upstream and downstream relief valves and different leakage positions,and the natural gas release duration of pipeline under three working conditions is studied respectively.When the leak occurs,closing the upstream and downstream section valves and simultaneously opening the upstream and downstream relief valves is the optimal opening and closing scheme of the relief valve.Compared with not opening the relief valve,only opening the upstream relief valve and only opening the downstream relief valve,the natural gas release duration of the pipeline is saved by 92.42%,44%and 54.84%respectively.Changing the set spacing between upstream and downstream relief valves has almost no effect on the natural gas release duration of the pipeline.When the leakage hole is close to and far away from the upstream relief valve,there is little difference in natural gas release duration of the pipeline.
