摘要
多年来,全国各省市都在积极探索提高中小学近视防控工作水平的有效途径与方法,取得了不少实践成果。根据近视防控推进工作中出现的新情况、新问题,上海市以中小学近视防控示范校创建工作为抓手、以目标为导向、以制度建设为基础、以科技手段为支撑,最大限度减少了创建工作偏误和执行制度中的人为因素干扰,有效提高了近视防控工作的科学化、规范化水平。
Over the years,provinces and municipalities across the country have been actively exploring effective ways and methods to improve the level of myopia prevention and control in primary and secondary schools,and have achieved many practical results.According to the new situation and new problems in the promotion of myopia prevention and control,Shanghai takes the establishment of model schools for myopia prevention and control in primary and secondary schools as the starting point,takes the goal as the guidance,takes the system construction as the basis,and takes the scientific and technological means as the support,minimizes the deviation of the establishment work and the interference of human factors in the implementation of the system,and effectively improves the scientific and standardized level of Myopia Prevention and control.
