摘要
在互联网与教育不断融合背景下,在线开放式教育逐渐兴起.旅游类在线开放课程逐渐增多,且备受重视.首先,通过对中国大学MOOC(慕课)、学堂在线、网易公开课等网络教育平台中的评论文本进行筛选,然后运用ROSTCM6内容挖掘系统进行内容分析,从高频词、社会网络语义、情感多个角度进行分析,发现:学习者对旅游类在线开放课程的认知主要表现在对课件制作、课程内容、教师讲解与授课感受4个维度;绝大部分学习者对旅游类在线开放课程给出肯定性评价,且高度认可4个维度的客观存在;学习者对授课教师关注较高,反映出教师在旅游类开放课程教学活动中不可动摇的重要地位;情感分析发现个别学习者留有建议和意见.从学习者视角发现的对旅游类在线开放课程评价的4个维度,可为未来旅游类在线开放课程评价提供一定理论参考.
Under the background of the continuous integration of internet and education,online open education is gradually rising.Online open courses in tourism are gradually increasing and are receiving great attention.By screening of comment texts in online education platforms such as MOOC,Xuetang Online and Netease Open Class in Chinese universities,and then using the ROST CM6 content,from high-frequency words,social network semantics and emotion,etc.It is found that learners'cognition of online open courses of tourism is mainly reflected in four di-mensions:courseware production,course content,teacher's explanation and teaching feelings.Most of the learners give positive evaluation to the online open courses of tourism,with high recognition of the four dimensions.Learners pay more attention to teachers,which reflects the unshakable importance of teachers in education and teaching ac-tivities.Suggestions and opinions are left for individual learners found by emotional analysis.From the perspective of learners,four dimensions of learners'evaluation of tourism open online courses can provide some theoretical refer-ence for the evaluation of tourism open online courses in the future.
