石墨烯对SBS改性沥青流变性能的影响研究 被引量:7

Effect of Graphene on Rheological Properties of SBS Modified Bitumen

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了石墨烯/SBS改性沥青(GSMB),研究了石墨烯对SBS改性沥青压力老化(PAV)前后动态剪切流变性能的影响,并利用红外光谱(FTIR)分析了GSMB老化前后化学结构的变化。结果表明:石墨烯提高了SBS改性沥青的复数剪切模量,降低了相位角,增强了SBS改性沥青的抗永久形变能力;相比SBS改性沥青,GSMB在PAV老化后的复数剪切模量老化指数明显降低;FTIR显示SBS改性沥青老化后的羰基指数变化率、亚砜基指数变化率和碳碳双键指数变化率均随石墨烯掺量增加而减小,表明石墨烯能够有效改善SBS改性沥青的耐老化性能。 Graphene/SBS modified bitumen(GSMB)is prepared by melt blending method.The effect of graphene on the dynamic shear rheological properties of SBS modified bitumen before and after pressure aging vessel(PAV)are studied,and the changes of chemical structures of GSMB before and after aging are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that graphene can increase the complex shear modulus and reduce the phase angle of SBS modified bitumen,which indicate that the permanent deformation resistance of SBS modified bitumen is enhanced.Compared with SBS modified bitumen,the complex modulus aging index of GSMB after PAV ageing is significantly reduced.FTIR shows that the carbonyl index change rate,sulfoxide index change rate and carbon-carbon double bond index change rate of SBS modified bitumen after PAV aging are decreased with the increase of graphene content,which reveals that graphene could effectively improve the aging resistance of SBS modified bitumen.
