摘要
沥青老化会引起自身成分及路用指标的变化,现有方法大多针对沥青老化后组分变化及路用指标来评价沥青的抗老化能力。为了建立沥青组分变化与常规路用指标的关系,采用傅里叶红外扫描方法测定了沥青老化前后的官能团变化。同时对官能团指数与沥青常用指标的相关性进行分析。结果表明:短期和长期老化均会引起羰基、亚砜基、芳香官能团指数的增大。针入度、延度、软化点及黏度与羰基指数具有良好的相关性。芳香官能团指数与针入度和延度相关性较好,而亚砜基指数则与软化点和黏度相关。运用相关性可通过官能团指数对沥青常用指标进行预测,实现沥青老化程度的快速评价。
The aging of asphalt will cause the change of its composition and pavement indexes.Most of the existing methods evaluate the anti-aging ability of asphalt according to the changes of asphalt components and pavement indexes after aging.In order to establish the relationship between asphalt component changes and conventional pavement indexes,the functional group changes before and after asphalt aging were measured by Fourier infrared scanning method.At the same time,the correlation between functional group index and asphalt index was analyzed.The results show that both short-term and long-term aging will cause the index of carbonyl,sulfoxide and aromatic functional groups to increase.The insertion degree,elongation,softening point,and viscosity have good correlation with carbonyl index.The index of aromatic functional group has a relative good correlation with penetration and elongation,while the index of sulfoxide group has a correlation with softening point and viscosity.By using correlation,the index of functional group can be used to predict asphalt Common properties,and the aging degree of asphalt can be evaluated quickly.
