摘要
目的 探究六堡茶及六堡茶原料毛茶中稀土元素及矿质元素的含量特征。方法 以26个六堡茶成品茶和6个原料茶为研究对象,采用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定稀土元素,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定矿质元素。结果 六堡茶成品茶中稀土元素总量范围为0.72~2.79mg/kg,原料茶中稀土元素总量范围为0.42~0.71mg/kg,其中含量较高的稀土元素为铈(Ce)、镧(La)、钪(Sc)、钕(Nd)、钇(Y),这5种元素含量之和分别占16种稀土元素总量的82.3%(六堡茶成品茶)和89.6%(原料茶);六堡茶成品茶的矿质元素总量范围为22655.48~37517.18mg/kg,原料茶中矿质元素总量范围为22083.48~35647.29mg/kg,其中含量较高的矿质元素为钾(K)、磷(P)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg),这4种元素含量之和分别占19种矿质元素总量的95.6%(成品茶)和95.9%(原料茶)。结论 六堡茶成品茶中稀土元素含量显著高于原料茶(除Ce外),而绝大部分矿质元素含量在二者间差异不显著。
Objective To explore the content characteristics of rare earth elements and mineral elements of Liupao tea and Liupao tea material.Methods Twenty-six Liupao teas and 6 raw material tea samples were selected to investigate the rare earth elements by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the mineral elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer.Results The range of total content of rare earth elements in finished Liupao teas were 0.72-2.79 mg/kg,and the range in raw material teas were 0.42-0.71 mg/kg,the rare earth elements with a relatively high content among them were Ce、La、Sc、Nd、Y,which totally accounted for 82.3% of the total amount of 16 kinds of rare earth elements(finished Liupao tea) and 89.6%(raw material tea),respectively;the range of total content of mineral elements in finished Liupao teas were 22655.48-37517.18 mg/kg,and the range in raw material teas were 22083.48-35647.29 mg/kg,the elements with relatively high content among them were K、P、Ca、Mg,which totally accounted for 95.6% of the total amount of 19 kinds of mineral elements(finished Liupao tea) and 95.9%(raw material tea),respectively.Conclusion The content of rare earth elements in finished Liupao teas is significantly higher than that of raw material teas(except for the Ce element),while the content of most mineral elements has no significant difference between them.
