浅谈自建水厂抽水及其电气控制系统的技术改造

摘要 针对某自建水厂抽水及其电气控制系统的人工看管及操作工作量大、自动化程度低等技术问题,结合自然环境条件,对水厂抽水泵系统及其电气控制线路提出了技术改造方案,实现了水厂设备的自动控制和稳定运行,既提高了用水质量要求,也实现了节能减排的目的。 Aiming at the technical problems of a self-built water plant’s water pumping and its electrical control system,such as manual supervision,heavy operation workload,and low degree of automation,combined with natural environment conditions,the technical transformation of the water plant’s pumping pump system and its electrical control circuit was proposed.The scheme realizes the automatic control and stable operation of the water plant equipment,which not only improves the water quality requirements,but also achieves the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
