摘要
目的:探讨上消化道造影和CT检查在疑似胃部肿瘤中的定性诊断效能及影像特点。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年1月本院诊治疑似胃部肿瘤患者60例,应用上消化道造影及CT检查,与病理学检查结果比较。结果:上消化道造影检出准确率75.00%明显低于CT的91.67%(P<0.05);上消化道造影显示良恶性肿瘤患者龛影位置、周围粘膜皱襞、充盈缺损情况有明显差异(P<0.05);CT检查结果显示良恶性肿瘤肿块边缘、邻近器官浸润、胃壁增厚、淋巴结增大情况存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:良恶性胃部肿瘤患者上消化道造影及CT检查影像学特点存在差异,CT检查准确率更高。
Objective:To explore the Efficiency and imaging characteristics of upper gastrointestinal imaging(UGI)and CT in the qualitative diagnosis of suspected gastric tumors.Methods:Sixty patients with suspected gastric tumors who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.The results of imaging and pathological examination were compared by UGI and CT.The imaging characteristics with different test results were analyzed.Results:The detection accuracy rate of UGI was significantly lower than that of CT(75.00%vs 91.67%)(P<0.05).The results of UGI showed that there were significant differences in niche site,mucosafolds around lesions and filling defects between patients with benign and malignant gastric tumors(P<0.05).The results of CT examination showed that there were significant differences between patients with benign and malignant tumors in margins of masses,infiltration of adjacent organs,thickening of stomach walland lymphatic enlargement(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the imaging characteristics of UGI and CT examination in patients with benign and malignant gastric tumors.Both are of certain value in the qualitative diagnosis of gastric tumors.CT examination is of higher accuracy rate.
