气相色谱-串联质谱法检测豆芽中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类

Determination of 18 plasticizers in bean sprouts by GC-MS/MS

摘要 采用GC-MS/MS技术对豆芽中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)进行了分析。采用正己烷萃取、PSA+MgSO4纯化、GC-MS/MS多反应多步监控模型,并采用外标法进行定量分析。18种PAEs在质量浓度0.02-1.0mg/L呈现良好线性关系,R均大于0.999,基质加标回收率为86.4%-105.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%-5.6%,方法定量限为10μg/kg。本实验的优势是:简便,快捷;可靠性高;通过串联质谱仪,可以大大降低底物的干扰,消除伪正的影响,是一类豆芽中邻苯二甲酸酯类的检测与鉴别的新技术。 Eighteen phthalates(PAEs)in bean sprouts were analyzed by GC-MS/MS.Using n-hexane extraction,PSA+MgSO4 purification,GC-MS/MS multi-reaction multi-step monitoring model,and using external standard method for quantitative analysis.The 18 PAEs showed a good linear relationship at the mass concentration of 0.02-1.0 mg/L,the R was greater than 0.999,the recovery rate of the matrix spiked was 86.4%-105.7%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.5%-5.6%,the method limit of quantification is 10μg/kg.The advantages of this experiment are:simple and fast;high reliability;through the tandem mass spectrometer,the interference of the substrate can be greatly reduced,and the effect of false positive can be eliminated.Technology.
