摘要
高校毕业生就业质量不仅关系到高校的声誉与生源质量,更关系到毕业生未来的职业发展。文章从环境因素、个人因素、高校因素三个方面分析了我国高校毕业生就业难的原因,并根据分析结果提出发挥“两课”教学的主渠道作用、重视第二课堂体系建设、依托就业实践平台增强学生实践能力、实施“点对点”精准就业帮扶四个促进高校毕业生高质量就业的实践路径。
the employment quality of college graduates is not only related to the reputation of colleges and universities and the quality of students, but also related to the future career development of graduates. This paper analyzes the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates in China from three aspects: environmental factors, personal factors and college factors, and puts forward to give full play to the main channel role of “Two Courses” teaching, pay attention to the construction of the second classroom system, rely on the employment practice platform to enhance students’ practical ability Implement the four practical paths of “point-to-point” precise employment assistance to promote the high-quality employment of college graduates.
