基于就业意向调查的就业优化模式探究——以汉江师范学院为例

摘要 本研究调查了汉江师范学院2022届毕业生的求职意向和就业分布数据,结合当下全国大学生就业现状,指出疫情的反复给毕业生就业工作带来较大影响。毕业生普遍存在较严重的就业焦虑,加之求职意向不明确,缺乏对自身职业定位的思考和精准判断,盲目跟风现象更严重。疫情持续影响使结构性失业及就业极化现象加剧。在这种社会大环境下,加强对毕业生的就业引导显得尤为重要。高校就业工作者应充分利用毕业生求职意向大数据来指导就业工作,同时提出一些促进毕业生就业的措施。 This study investigated the job seeking intention and employment distribution data of the 2022 graduates of our university,combined with the current employment situation of college students across the country,and pointed out that the repeated epidemic has a huge impact on the employment of graduates.Graduates generally have serious employment anxiety.In addition,they are not clear about their job seeking intentions,lack of thinking and accurate judgment on their career positioning,and blindly follow the trend.The continuing impact of the epidemic has intensified structural unemployment and employment polarization.In this social environment,it is particularly important to strengthen the employment guidance for graduates.College employment workers should make full use of the big data of graduates'job seeking intentions to guide employment.At the same time,some measures are proposed to promote the employment of graduates.
