16周混合式体育课程教学对大学生健康体适能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文通过对比分析16周线上线下混合式体育课程与普通体育课程教学,得出了干预前后健康体适能各项指标之间存在差异。研究结果:(1)经过16周线上线下混合式体育课程教学,实验组学生在最大摄氧量、肺活量、1min俯卧撑、1min仰卧起坐、立定跳远以及体脂率方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)经过16周两种模式的体育课教学,对照组与实验组在最大摄氧量、肺活量、1min俯卧撑、1min仰卧起坐、立定跳远以及体脂率方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在高校体育教学中,应注重激发学生的主观能动性;应广泛开展线上线下混合式体育教学模式;将线上线下混合式体育教学模式发展到其他各类运动项目的教学中,形成“互联网+体育教学”项目的全面覆盖。 By comparing and analyzing between the teaching of 16 week online and offline mixed physical education courses and ordinary physical education courses,this paper obtains the differences of various indicators of health related physical fitness before and after the intervention.Research results:(1)After 16 weeks of online and offline mixed physical education teaching,there were significant differences in the maximum oxygen uptake,vital capacity,1min push ups,1min sit ups,standing long jump and body fat rate of the students in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.05);(2)After 16 weeks of two modes of physical education teaching,there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in maximum oxygen uptake,vital capacity,1min push ups,1min sit ups,standing long jump and body fat rate before and after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In college physical education,we should pay attention to stimulating students'subjective initiative;We should widely carry out online and offline mixed physical education teaching mode;The mixed mode of online and offline sports teaching is developed into other kinds of sports teaching,thus forming a comprehensive coverage of the"Internet+sports"project.
