摘要
对雅安市2个基层台站(区站号56287和56278)在运行质量管理体系前后的业务管理方式、业务运行情况和业务质量进行对比分析,延伸到市级、省级,探讨质量管理体系运行效果。结果表明:气象台站在气象观测质量管理体系运行后,各类气象观测业务质量均有所提升;气象观测质量管理体系的建设,有效解决了传统业务管理存在的问题,提高了各级气象观测站运行质量,促进了各级气象观测业务的发展,大大提高了气象观测工作效率和成效。
This paper makes a comparative analysis of the operation mode,operation condition and quality of two basic stations in Ya'an city(district station No.56287 and 56278)before and after the operation of the quality management system,and extends to the municipal and provincial levels to discuss the operation effect of the quality management system.The results show that after the operation of the meteorological observation quality management system,the quality of all kinds of meteorological observation services has been improved.The construction of meteorological observation quality management system has effectively solved the problems existing in traditional business management,improved the operation quality of meteorological observation stations at all levels,and promoted the development of meteorological observation services at all levels.The efficiency and effectiveness of meteorological observation are greatly improved.
