摘要
文章基于层次分析法建立凉山州区域自动气象站综合评价层次结构,根据专家打分结果构建的判断矩阵确定各评价指标对目标层的权重系数,结合四川省气象观测质量管理体系运行要求、凉山州区域自动气象站建设布局和气象技术保障工作实际情况,建立综合评价指标评分标准,形成完整的凉山州区域自动气象站综合评价体系。通过直观的综合评分值,技术保障人员能够及时有效地发现区域自动气象站运行过程中存在的问题并予以解决,不断提升装备保障能力和站点运行监控能力。
This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation hierarchy of Liangshan regional automatic weather station based on analytic hierarchy process,determines the weight coefficient of each evaluation index to the target layer according to the judgment matrix constructed by the expert scoring results.Combined with the operation requirements of Sichuan meteorological observation quality management system,the construction layout of Liangshan regional automatic weather station and the actual situation of meteorological technical support work.A comprehensive evaluation index scoring standard was established to form a complete Liangshan regional automatic weather station comprehensive evaluation system.Through intuitive comprehensive scoring values,technical support personnel can timely and effectively identify and solve problems existing in the operation of regional automatic weather stations,continuously improving equipment support capabilities and station operation monitoring capabilities.
