摘要
研究了丁苯橡胶(SBR)1500和1586的生胶门尼黏度(M_(v))对混炼胶门尼黏度(M_(b)),硫化胶的25 min 300%定伸应力(M_(25))、35 min 300%定伸应力(M_(35))、50 min 300%定伸应力(M_(50))、拉伸强度(T_(s))及扯断伸长率(E_(b))的影响。结果表明,当M_(v)增大时,SBR 1500和SBR 1586的M_(b)、M_(25)、M_(35)、M_(50)、T_(s)和E_(b)均呈线性增加的趋势,且当M_(v)每增加1个单位时,SBR 1500的M_(b)、M_(25)、M_(35)、M_(50)、T_(s)和E_(b)分别增加了1.17、0.11 MPa、0.27 MPa、0.56 MPa、0.16 MPa和2.8%,而SBR 1586的M_(b)、M_(25)、M_(35)、M_(50)、T_(s)和E_(b)则分别增加了1.00、0.08 MPa、0.10 MPa、0.57 MPa、0.20 MPa和3.8%;当M_(v)增加幅度相同时,SBR 1500的M_(b)、M_(25)、M_(35)增加幅度大于SBR 1586,二者的M_(50)增加幅度相当,而SBR 1500的T_(s)和E_(b)增加幅度则小于SBR 1586。
The effects of Mooney viscosity of raw rubbers(M_(v))of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586 on the properties of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586,such as Mooney viscosity of rubber compounds(M_(b)),modulus at 300%25 min(M_(25)),modulus at 300%35 min(M_(35)),modulus at 300%50 min(M_(50)),tensile strength(T_(s))and elongation at break(E_(b))of vulcanizates were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of M_(v),M_(b),M_(25),M_(35),M_(50),T_(s) and E_(b) of SBR 1500 and SBR1586 all increased linearly.When Mv increased by 1 unit,M_(b),M_(25),M_(35),M_(50),T_(s) and E_(b) of SBR 1500 increased by 1.17,0.11 MPa,0.27 MPa,0.56 MPa,0.16 MPa and 2.8%respectively,and M_(b),M_(25),M_(35),M_(50),T_(s) and E_(b) of SBR 1586 increased by 1.00,0.08 MPa,0.10 MPa,0.57 MPa,0.20 MPa and 3.8%.When the increase ranges of M_(v) of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586 were the same,the growth rates of M_(b),M_(25) and M_(35) of SBR 1500 were higher than those of SBR 1586,and the growth rate of M_(50) of SBR 1500 was equal to that of SBR 1586,while T_(s) and E_(b) of of SBR 1500 were lower than those of SBR 1586.
