摘要
系统总结了连续丝材增强复合材料增材制造研究的最新进展,分析了连续丝材增强复合材料增材制造的技术与工艺方法。探讨了不同丝材在复合材料增材制造中的性能以及丝材轨迹、结构的设计方法,介绍了连续丝材增强复合材料在航空、汽车、电子与传感器、医用设备等领域的应用。最后对连续丝材增强复合材料发展趋势进行了总结。
With the continuous development of additive manufacturing(AM)technology,the continuous filament reinforced composite material manufacturing process can create lightweight,high-strength structures and functions compared with the traditional composite material manufacturing process,providing new ideas for the production and application of composite materials.This paper systematically summarizes the latest progress of additive manufacturing research of continuous filament reinforced composites,analyzes the technology and process methods of additive manufacturing of continuous filament reinforced composites,discusses the performance of different filaments in composite additive manufacturing and the design methods of filament trajectory and structure,and then introduces the application of continuous filament reinforced composites in aviation,automobiles,sensors,medical equipment and other fields,and finally summarizes and prospects the development trend of continuous filament reinforced composites.
