摘要
装配作业是加工中心最耗费人力和时间的过程,采用合理的装配任务编排方式对缩短加工时间、降低加工成本有着重要的影响。文中针对目前发展最为迅速的人机协作装配方式,提出了人机协作装配工作台方法。针对人机协作场景下对人机装配任务分配问题,从装配时间、成本、难度进行建模。采用人工蜂群算法对此多目标优化问题进行求解,并在原始版本人工蜂群算法的基础上提出了基于Lévy分布的跟随蜂生成策略、改进与融合差分进化思想的改进局部搜索策略,以改善算法全局搜索性能。最终基于此算法生成了人机装配序列甘特图,与其他3类典型的智能优化算法进行对比,结果表明本算法具有较高的求解品质与稳定性。
Assembly is the most labor-consuming and time-consuming task in machining center,and adopting reasonable task arrangement has an important influence on shortening machining time and reducing cost.For the most rapid development of human-machine collaborative assembly at present,a method of human-machine collaborative assembly workbench is proposed.For the task allocation of man-machine assembly,modeling is carried out from the angles of assembly time,cost and difficulty.The artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve this multi-objective optimization problem.Based on the original version of artificial bee colony algorithm,the following bee generation strategy based on Lévy distribution and the improved local search strategy of improving and integrating the idea of differential evolution are proposed to improve the global search performance of the algorithm.Finally,based on this algorithm,the Gantt chart of man-machine assembly sequence is generated,and comparisons with other three typical intelligent optimization algorithms are carried out.Results show that the solution quality and stability of this algorithm are better.
