摘要
目的探究桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取120例子宫肌瘤患者,采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,每组60例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,试验组采用桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平及血液流变学指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率为98.33%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者E_(2)、P、LH、FSH水平均下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者红细胞压积、全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板凝集率水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者红细胞压积、全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板凝集率均下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果确切,可降低患者性激素水平,改善血液流变学指标,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods 120 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pill combined with mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,sex honnone levels and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2),P,LH and FSH in 2 groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet agglutination rate in 2 groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill combined with mifepristone has a definite effect on the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can reduce the level of sex hormone and improve the hemorheology index.
