摘要
乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿(BCRL)发病率高、治疗周期长且病情反复、迁延不愈,对BCRL患者的身心健康造成了严重影响。BCRL病理生理学机制复杂,本文在分析了BCRL病理过程中淋巴瘀滞、慢性炎症、脂肪组织沉积和纤维化阶段涉及的细胞和分子机制的基础上,进一步分析BCRL的中医病机特点,并对现有的治疗策略,如针刺、艾灸、中医康复、中医药等治疗手段进行了详细阐述,以期为BCRL的临床合理防治研究提供思路。
The incidence rate of breast cancer associated lymphoedema(BCRL)is high,the treatment cycle is long,the condition is repeated and the delay is not healed.It has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of BCRL patients.The pathophysiological mechanism of BCRL is complex.Based on the analysis of the cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the stages of lymph stasis,chronic inflammation,adipose tissue deposition and fibrosis in the pathological process of BCRL,this paper further analyzes the characteristics of TCM pathogenesis of BCRL,and expounds the existing treatment strategies,such as physiotherapy,acupuncture,moxibustion,TCM treatment and so on,It provides ideas for the clinical rational prevention and treatment of BCRL.
