摘要
研究胡杨种子在水盐交互胁迫下的响应,分析其种子萌发率及成苗率,为探讨野外胡杨实生苗的适宜栖息地提供理论依据。在室内人工气候箱进行种子萌发试验,采用二因素方差分析法以及单因素方差分析法中的最小显著差法(LSD)进行干旱和盐胁迫及其交互作用对种子萌发参数影响的分析。结果表明,极端盐旱交互胁迫(土壤含水量<20%,盐分含量>0.25 mol/L)环境下胡杨有性繁殖很难实现;轻度胁迫环境(盐旱胁迫下,10%<土壤含水量<25%,0.05 mol/L<盐分含量<0.20 mol/L;水涝胁迫下,25%<土壤含水量<30%,0.15 mol/L<盐分含量<0.30 mol/L)显著抑制胡杨种子萌发及成苗发育,但发芽率依然能够达到40%以上,是胡杨有性繁殖的机遇区;适宜环境为:干旱胁迫下10%<土壤含水量<25%,盐分含量<0.05 mol/L;水涝胁迫下,土壤含水量>25%,盐分含量<0.20 mol/L,子叶展开率达60%以上,是胡杨有性繁殖的理想区。河岸阶地作为胡杨有性繁殖的主要场所,在种子萌发到成苗过程的15 d内,持续保持土壤表层的含水量,为其营造良好的繁殖生长环境,最终可使胡杨更新复壮。
The response of Populus euphratica seeds to salt and water interaction stress was studied,and the germination rate and seedling formation rate of Populus euphratica seeds were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for discussing the suitable habitat of Populus euphratica seedlings in the wild.Seed germination tests were carried out in different soil substrates under different gradients in an indoor climate chamber,and the effects of drought and salt stress and their interaction on seed germination parameters were analyzed by using two-factor ANOVA the least significant difference method(LSD)of one-way ANOVA.The results showed that extreme salt and drought stress(soil water content<20%,salt content>0.25 mol/L)environment was difficult to achieve sexual;Mild stress environment(10%<soil water content<25%,0.05 mol/L<salt content<0.20 mol/L under salt and drought stress;25%<soil water content<30%.0.15mol/L<salt content<0.30mol/L under waterlogging stress)significantly inhibited the seed germination and seedling development of Populus euphratica.But germination rate still reached more than 40%,which was an opportunity area for Populus euphratica sexual reproduction.The suitable environment was 10%<Soil water content<25%,salt content<0.05 mol/L under drought stress;25%<Soil water content,salt content<0.20 mol/L under waterlogging,cotyledon expansion rate reached more than 60%,which was the ideal region for sexual reproduction of Populus euphratica.Riverbank and terraces were the main places for Populus euphratica sexual reproduction.During the 15 days from seed germination to seedling formation,the water content of soil surface was maintained continuously to create a good breeding and growth environment for Populus euphratica.Finally,the regeneration and rejuvenation of Populus euphratica can be achieved.
