摘要
介绍了近红外脑功能成像(functional near infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)在脑性瘫痪(cerebral palsy,CP)、孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)、注意力缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)、唐氏综合征(Down’s syndrome,DS)、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)、特定语言障碍(specific language impairment,SLI)、癫痫等儿童康复科常见疾病研究中的应用现状及前景,分析了fNIRS在儿童康复科常见疾病研究中的优势,指出了应用fNIRS进行大脑功能激活的研究可对“中国脑计划”的实施和发展发挥重要的作用。
The application progress and prospects of functional near infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)were presented in common diseases in pediatric rehabilitation such as cerebral palsy(CP),autism spectrum disorder(ASD),attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),Down's syndrome(DS),hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),specific language impairment(SLI)and epilepsy.The advantages of fNIRS in studying common diseases in pediatric rehabilitation were analyzed.It's pointed out that the application of fNIRS in the study of brain activation could play an important role in the implementation and development of the China Brain Project.
