摘要
学位制度作为认证高层次专门人才培养的制度体系,是国家发现人才、选拔人才、培养人才和使用人才的制度工具。英国作为高等教育历史最为悠久的国家之一,经历漫长演变过程,从而形成了特色鲜明、运行稳定的现行体系,其在同等学历条件下分设不同层次类别学位的方式,特别是基础学位制度和荣誉学位制度,对于人才培养具有较强的灵活性、针对性和社会适用性,这给我国的学位制度发展以诸多启发,借鉴其学位制度精华,有利于建设真正符合我国国情的学位制度体系。
The academic degree system,as an institutional system for training high-level specialized talents,is an institutional tool for the country to discover,select,train and use talents.As one of the countries with the longest history of higher education,UK has experienced a long evolution process,thus formed the current system with distinctive features and stable operation.The way of setting up different levels of degrees under the same academic qualifications,especially the basic degree system and the honorary degree system,has strong flexibility,pertinence and social applicability in talent cultivation,which may provide reference and inspiration for the development of degree system in China.The essence of UK degree system will be condusive in developing our own system truly in line with China’s national conditions.
