英国荣誉学位制度对我国一流本科教育的启示 被引量:6

摘要 荣誉学位起源于英国,是对大学本科阶段高质量地达到培养方案要求并顺利完成特定附加教育内容的学生所颁发的学术水平认证。荣誉学位能够有效甄别本科生的学术潜质与学业水平,为拥有不同潜质和职业愿景的学生提供了差异化发展的可能。英国荣誉学位分为五等,为了在高等教育大众化的背景下实施精英教育,提升本科教育质量,英国灵活开展荣誉学位教育,设置统一的认证标准,保证荣誉学位的含金量。结合我国一流本科建设的目标及前期的探索,综合考虑我国的基础条件,我国构建荣誉学位制度要符合国情,差异化地推进;严格要求质量,以学术为唯一标准;形成配套制度,构建制度群。 academic certification issued to students who meet the requirements of the training program with high quality and successfully complete certain additional educational content at the undergraduate level.As an identification of undergraduates with excellent academic performance and high academic potential,the British honorary degree system has become an effective carrier of first-class undergraduate education.In terms of system design,British honorary degree can be divided into three grades and four levels.In order to achieve the goal of first-class undergraduate education,the practices of British honor education are to flexibly carry out“honorary degree”,implement elite education in the context of popularization,set a unified certification standard,ensure that the honorary degree is of equal value,and guarantee the quality strictly.In combination with the goal of first-class undergraduate construction in China and the exploration in the early stage,and considering the basic conditions in China,the construction of honor degree system in China should conform to the national conditions and be promoted in a differentiated way.Strict quality requirements to academic should be set as the only standard,and the system supporting group should be built.
