摘要
有砟轨道道床主要状态参数横向阻力、纵向阻力、支撑刚度是维持有砟轨道动力学性能和稳定性的主要组成部分,为了探寻新建铁路有砟轨道大机施工作业过程对道床主要状态参数的影响,本文将设计一捣一稳、一捣两稳、两捣一稳3种作业模式对道床横向阻力、纵向阻力、支撑刚度影响试验,试验结果表明:(1)道床的横向阻力、纵向阻力随着大机作业遍数的增加而增大,但增加幅度会随大机作业遍数逐步降低;其中一捣两稳作业效果最为显著,两捣一稳次之,一捣一稳效果相对最小。(2)支撑刚度随着大机作业遍数的增加而增大,但增加幅度会随大机作业遍数逐步降低;其中两捣一稳作业效果最为显著,一捣两稳次之,一捣一稳效果相对最小。鉴于以上结论,对新建铁路精整道施工阶段的大机作业方式提供了合理的指导意见,可降低大机施工作业遍数,为铁路有砟轨道现场大机施工提供一定的指导依据。
The main state parameters of ballast track bed lateral resistance,longitudinal resistance and support stiffness are the main components to maintain the dynamic performance and stability of ballast track.In order to explore the influence of the construction process of large machinery of ballast track on the main state parameters of ballast bed,this paper will design three operation modes of one tamping and one stabilization,one tamping and two stabilization,and two tamping and one stabilization on the transverse resistance,longitudinal resistance and support stiffness of ballast bed,The test results show that:(1)The transverse resistance and longitudinal resistance of the track bed increase with the increase of the number of times of large machine operation,but the increase range will gradually decrease with the number of times of large machine operation;Among them,the effect of one tamping and two stabilization is the most significant,followed by two tamping and one stabilization,and the effect of one tamping and one stabilization is relatively minimum.(2)The support stiffness increases with the increase of the number of large machine operations,but the increase range will gradually decrease with the number of large machine operations;Among them,the effect of two tamping and one stabilization is the most significant,followed by one tamping and one stabilization,and the effect of one tamping and one stabilization is relatively minimum.In view of the above conclusions,reasonable guidance is provided for the large machine operation mode in the construction stage of finishing track of new railway,which can reduce the number of large machine construction operations,and provide a certain guiding basis for the large machine construction of railway ballasted track on site.
