摘要
研制了一套基于机器视觉的滚动直线导轨在线测量系统,开展基于OpenCV视觉检测技术的直线导轨副滚道几何量尺寸检测方法研究、阈值分割法的指示表盘自动识别检测方法研究及数据云在线分析系统研究,该检测装置可对滚动直线导轨长度、内径及圆度进行自动在线高精度测试,从滚动直线导轨上料、装夹、精度检测,输出结果实现全程自动化,节约人力成本,提高生产效率。
An on-line measurement system of rolling linear guide based on machine vision was developed,carrying out the research on the raceway geometric dimension detection method of linear guide pair based on OpenCV visual detection technology、automatic identification and detection method of indicator dial based on threshold segmentation methodand the data cloud online analysis system.The device can realize on-line automatic and high-precision detection of the length,inner diameter and roundness of the rolling linear guide rail.It realizes the whole process automation from the aspects of feeding,clamping,precision detection and output results of rolling linear guide rail,saves labor and improves production efficiency.
