摘要
在对纸巾进行塑料包装过程中,容易产生爆口、飞膜、露白与偏移等缺陷,目前对包装缺陷检测基本上采用人工检测,效率低下,准确率低。文中结合机器视觉、图像处理与自动控制等相关知识,研发了一套包装缺陷检测系统,通过对纸巾缺陷特征进行面积计算来检测飞膜、露白及偏移等缺陷;设计了阵列矩形面积算法,可实现对爆口缺陷的检测。实验表明,该设备漏判率小于0.02%,符合实际检测需求。
In the process of plastic packaging,paper towels are prone to produce defects such as mouth burst,flying film,white exposure and offset.At present,manual detection is basically used for packaging defect detection,which has low efficiency and low accuracy.Combined with the knowledge of machine vision,image processing and automatic control,a packaging defect detection system is developed.Experiments show that the missing judgment rate of the equipment is less than 0.02%,which meets the actual detection requirements.
