摘要
PPP模式作为现阶段公共基础设施建设的重要路径,是发挥社会主义市场优势,提升资源配置能力的有效方法。为了更好地推动PPP模式在建筑项目中的科学应用,文章从经济角度出发采取有效举措,稳步推进建筑企业投资项目造价控制等系列工作,旨在通过经验的积累与规律的总结健全成本管理机制,减少额外费用的产生,形成更为高效的项目管理机制。
As an important path for public infrastructure construction at the present stage,the PPP model is an effective way to give full play to the advantages of the socialist market and improve the ability of resource allocation.In order to better promote the scientific application of PPP model in construction projects,this paper takes effective measures from an economic point of view,and steadily promotes a series of work such as cost control of investment projects of construction enterprises,aiming to improve the cost management mechanism through the accumulation of experience and the summary of laws,reduce the generation of additional costs,and form a more efficient project management mechanism.
