摘要 项目组针对超深基坑邻近密集建筑物、历史保护建筑、车站、地铁隧道及高铁等复杂周边环境条件下变形控制难题,研发复杂条件下超深基坑变形控制整套关键技术。从引发变形的两大重要因素——基坑开挖应力释放和降水附加沉降入手,设计、施工全过程研发控制应力释放和减小降水影响的新方法、新技术,创新性提出与主体结构施工相协调的大刚度支护体系、考虑坑中坑支护刚度协调的超前支护体系、复杂地质条件下复合止水体系、考虑时空效应的快速施工技术等,并在典型工程中应用。实践证明“复杂条件下超深基坑变形控制关键技术”能够有效控制超深基坑施工变形,满足周边环境特别是地铁的毫米量级变形要求,极大程度地降低周边环境安全风险,对于复杂条件下超大超深基坑支护设计与施工具有指导意义。 The project team developed a complete set of key technologies for deformation control of ultra-deep foundation pit in complex surrounding environment conditions,such as dense buildings,historic protection buildings,stations,subway tunnels and high-speed railways.Starting from two important factors that cause deformation,stress release during excavation of foundation pit and additional settlement due to precipitation,new methods and technologies for controlling stress release and reducing impact of precipitation are developed during the whole process of design and construction.The project team has creatively put forward large stiffness support system coordinated with construction of main structure,advanced support system considering coordination of support stiffness of pit in pit,composite water stop system under complex geological conditions,rapid construction technology considering space-time effect,etc.,which have been applied in several typical projects.Practice has proved that the key technology of deformation control of super-deep foundation pit under complex conditions can effectively control construction deformation of super-deep foundation pit,meet the requirements of surrounding environment,especially the millimeter-scale deformation of subway,and reduce the safety risk of surrounding environment,that is of guiding significance for design and construction of super-deep foundation pit under complex conditions.
