摘要
针对城市景观视觉通廊设计缺乏量化技术手段的现状,基于人眼视功能机制实验分析平台,在保证有效视距和视角的条件下,研发控制城市景观通视点与目标标识物间纵向线性高程关系和协调目标标识物与周边环境横向分层高程关系的量化分析技术,构建视觉通廊三维核控数理模型,科学估算各景观点高程分布阈值,实现对视觉通廊绝对控制区和协调控制区内建筑物、构筑物的分层量化与评价,为探寻城市有序高度控制、景观控制及多因子耦合作用下历史文化名城保护发展协同管控策略,提供理论与技术支持。
Due to the lack of quantitative technical method in the design of visual corridor,a 3D-Measure Control Methods Model is developed based on the analysis on human visual function and effective distance and angles of visibility.This is the major research method to control the longitudinal elevation relationship between the landscape viewpoints and the target landmarks and to coordinate the transverse hierarchical elevation relationship between the targets and the surrounding environments.So the buildings and structures in the positive control zone and the coordinated control zone can be quantified hierarchically,and the height threshold of the landscape objects can be estimated scientifically.It will provide theoretical and technical support for exploring the coordinated control strategies for the protection and development of historic and cultural cities,based on the orderly height control,landscape control,and multi-factor coupling influence.
